Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• 12 months of acute care experience.
• ADN completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New Mexico license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - San Juan Regional Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - San Juan Regional Medical Center.

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: 2yrs preferred. Charge nurse experience preferred but not required; oncology skills helpful, but not necessary
Special Requests: Must have at least 3.2 overall rating on skills checklist
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Hours: Policy recommends all staff work at least 2 weekend shifts per month
Floating Requirements: per facility needs
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
