Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.
• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.
• 6 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required within the last 3 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - RNs in this unit are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding.
Special Requests: - Candidate is required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to accepting; 2 attempts are allowed. If failed, DNU for 6 months with CS AZ and Sac Region. - Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. - Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. - Travel Teams must have their own vehicles
Unit Details: - Acute telemetry oncology unit caring for approximately 85% oncology patients and 15% telemetry med-surg patients, including surgical, medical, and oncology cases. - Telemetry uses Phillips; RN is expected to interpret EKGs. - Uses BiPAP and CPAP. - Charge nurse has a light patient assignment and an oncology resource RN is available.
Shift & Scheduling: - 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks. - Holidays based on unit coverage. Work into rotation. - At least 1 weekend per month.
Floating Requirements: - Float to other Med-Surg/Tele units.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
