Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health.

Special Requests: - Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. - References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. - Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Required Skills/Experience: - Bipap, Cpap, heated high flow, oxygen titration, moderate sedation, telemetry, and medical-surgical patient care.
Preferred Credentials: - Specialty certification preferred.
Shift & Scheduling: - Day/night rotating shifts. Every other weekend and holiday.
Floating Requirements: - Float to Med-Surg float units; travelers are the first to be reassigned to another department.
7 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
1 reference required from within the last 3 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
