Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Symmetry Workforce Solutions - Jefferson Health Program.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have at least 1 year experience in a level 3 or higher NICU or minimum 1 year PICU exp
Required Credentials: Required to pass a basic relias EKG exam for all units except Behavioral Triage with a score of 88% or higher. Will be given 3 attempts.
Special Requests: EOH RTO requests must be approved by the facility and included with submission
Shift & Scheduling: Manager will accept 3x12 or 4x12 EOW
Floating Requirements: Traveler will work in both neonatal and pediatric, depending on need of facility
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 reference required from within the last 3 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
