Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 12 months.
• 3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

OB RN - Required
Required Skills / Experience: 2 years in OB with L&D experience - For example – on a night shift, 1 RN may have 2 moms/2 babies assigned while the 2nd RN has no assignment – takes all triage, labor patients, does daily tasks/restocking, cleaning, etc. or sometimes they share the 2 “couplets” between them and then work together if someone comes in.
Labor and Delivery competent
Preferred Skills / Experience: Critical access hospital experience
Required Credentials: Associates Degree or Certificate
Unit / Facility Details: Patient Ratio: Facility tries to adhere to AWHONN guidelines
Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Shift & Scheduling: Day / Night Variables
Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends out of 4 as needed
If on nights, Friday/Saturday, if scheduled Days, Saturday/Sunday
On-call Requirements: No requirements for additional on-call or back-up. Additional shifts may be available to pick up for sick calls, etc.
Holiday Rotation: Every Other
Floating Requirements: OB and L&D - Could potentially float to Med/Surg , ER or ICU for tasks if/as needed(vital signs, answer lights, complete a patient history). No patient assignment and No isolation rooms. May also need to float to other Aspirus locations in the Southern region if needed.
Facility Floats: Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital, Aspirus Plover Hospital, Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital
7 days maximum time off
