Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Unit/Facility Details: Nurses function in all capacities- labor, delivery, recovery, post-partum, nursery, and NICU. We have 1- OR on the unit for C-Sections. We have a group of four midwives and four OB/GYNs.
Floating Requirements: At times, when census is low, staff may be utilized in the Pediatric Department (would never be primary nurse) or out on Acute care as a rescue or constant observer.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from any number of months (Any reference type) - required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• STABLE (Sugar, Temperature, Airway. Blood Pressure, Lab work and Emotional Support)
