Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System (Direct).

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: - Graduate from an accredited school of sonography or completion of an ultrasound program. - One specialty registry required.

Unit Details: - Performs diagnostic sonographic examinations and produces ultrasound images to aid in diagnosis. - Responsible for patient screening, obtaining patient history, and providing pre- and post-procedure education to patients and families. - Uses ultrasound equipment and departmental protocols for safe equipment operation and exam data documentation.

Shift & Scheduling: - Rotating on-call schedule to ensure 24 hour coverage of the Ultrasound Department.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required

Certifications:

• RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS))

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
