Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed.
• No current placement allowed at Program: WHSN Program - Island Health.

Shift & Scheduling:
.Normal operations are Monday to Friday. Closed Weekends and Major Holidays except for call crew.
On-call requirement 4-5 shifts per month. 3-4 shifts of weekday call of 13.5 hours from 1730-0700 and 1-2 weekend call shifts for 24 hours from 0700a-0700a (saturday to sunday or sunday to monday)
On-call schedule is self scheduling, depending on start date, Department may slot in agency to following month open call shifts. Then following months are self-scheduling. On call shift trades can also be done.
30 minute on call response time. 1 sleep room available, first come first serve for OR/PACU staff.
Schedules are drafted on the 5th of each month and final on the15th of month for following calendar month.
7 days maximum time off
3 references required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA))
