Shift: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System.

Additional Details:
Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Required Skills/Experience: First-time travelers not accepted. Bariatrics, vascular, thoracic, ortho, and neuro experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred. Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Required Credentials: CST required unless traveler has worked as a tech in NY prior to 2015.

Cases include General OR, Gastric bypass, Gastric Sleeve, Lap band, laparoscopic assisted cases, Aortic Aneurysm repair, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Carotid angioplasty, Carotid Endarterectomy, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Direct Laryngoscopy, Radical neck dissection, Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, Tracheostomy, Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection - Open/LAP, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Mastectomy, Thyroidectomy partial/total, Anterior/Posterior Repair (Colporrhaphy), Bilateral tubal ligation, Cervical Cerclage, Dilation & Curettage, laparoscopic assisted gynecological procedures, Anterior cervical fusion, Cervical fusions, Craniotomy, Insertion of VP shunt, Laminectomy/discectomy, Lumbar fusion, XLIF (Extreme Lateral Interbody Fusion), Carpal tunnel release, Closed/Open reduction of fractures, Spinal Fusion, Total hip replacement, Total knee replacement, Mastectomy with tram flap reconstruction, Bunionectomy, Hallux vagus arthroplasty/arthrodesis, Metatarsal surgery, Colorectal Robotic Surgery, Mediastinoscopy, VATS, Cystoscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Transurethral resection of the prostate, Lithotripsy/Ultrasonic Lithotripsy/ESWL, and Ureteroscopy. Responsibilities include knowledge of decontamination and sterilization process and indicators, aseptic technique, sharps safety, specimen handling/labeling, and Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure.
Shift & Scheduling: Call and weekend requirement: 6 shifts for each 8wk time block to include weekends and holidays.
Maximum consecutive days off: 10
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
