Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital.

Additional Details:
| Required Skills/Experience: Neuro, Ortho (need to be able to do both totals and ortho trauma), Epic, Davinci, Total joint support, and Urology. | Candidate must have 1+ year Sterile Processing experience. |
Required Credentials: SPOT - Central Service/Sterile Processing/or Surgical Technology program certification from either CBSPD: C.S.P.D.T. or IAHCSMM: C.R.C.S.T.
Unit/Facility Details: This contract is sourcing for a CST who is also able to be used as a Sterile Processor as needed.
Shift & Scheduling: 32-40 hours during regular weeks, 24-32 hours during holiday weeks. Start Times will vary between 6a-10a.
Floating Requirements: - As needed to Same Day Surgery Centers –Shakopee (Primary), Burnsville, St. Louis Park, and Maple Grove. - Candidate will primarily will be working as a CST, but will also be floated to Sterile Processing as needed.

Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certification TS-C (National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT))
