Operating Room - Surgical Technologist - $1450 per week.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience:
NBSTSA certification or experience as a surgical technologist within a healthcare facility for a cumulative period of one year or more, occurring within the four years immediately prior to January 2015.
Able to scrub.

Unit Details:
The OR cares for a wide variety of patients and includes specialties in orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, urology, cardiac, neuro, vascular, ophthalmic, GYN, ENT, thoracic, oral-maxillofacial, and trauma.
The OR uses 2 Da Vinci robots across multiple services.
The transplant program involves liver, kidney, and heart cases.

Shift & Scheduling:
Straight day shifts are not available.
Shifts rotate across days, evenings, and nights.
Flexible contract hours: 48 per week may be accommodated.

7 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required

Driver's license required for submission
