Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <35 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Ortho, neuro, general, Robot Xi, urology, GYN, and endovascular/vascular experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: ENT experience preferred.

Special Requests: Ability to start ASAP! This assignment allows expedited credentialing or pending credentials so you can start in under 3 weeks. Once your initial RTO request is accepted, no further negotiations of terms will occur before your start date. Being ready and willing to quickly be credentialed by our team is a must. Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.

Unit Details: Surgical services include general elective surgeries and critical or life-saving procedures across various specialties.

Shift & Scheduling: 3 12-hour shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM. One night of call per week and one weekend of 7 AM-7 PM Saturday and Sunday per month. Call response time is 20 minutes.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certifications CORST, NCORST, NCST, NCST, NRCST, TS-C
