Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at any facility in this health system in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at any facility in this health system in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at any facility in this health system in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience:
General, neuro, and robotics experience required.

Special Requests:
Schedules are set, with an option for block scheduling.
Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.

Unit Details:
Common cases include general, ortho, robotics, neuro, spine, urology, and ENT.

Shift & Scheduling:
6:30 AM - 7:00 PM with call: ~120 hours of call total per contract, self-scheduled between weekday and weekend.
One weekend shift required per 6 weeks.
Holiday/call requirements are preferred, not required.
Call response time is 30 minutes; a sleep room is available to stay on-site if needed.
Must be in state for the week of orientation, even if the first-day modules are remote.

Floating Requirements:
No routine floating; in an extreme need, may float within Zone 1: PEN, SFH, SFI, SMC, STM.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver's license required for submission
