Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• No current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Endeavor Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2 yrs CST or Surgical Tech exp: Gen, hand, foot/ankle, sports medicine, total joint robotics, and solid spine ortho; robotics: Mako, Rosa, Cori. Confirm spine experience with pedicle screws and ACDFs.

Special Requests: Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer. Must be within 30 minutes of the hospital.

Unit Details: Ortho/spine specialty hospital with a fast-paced OR.

Shift & Scheduling: 8 or 10 hour day shifts with call. Weekend and holiday call on rotation. On-call frequency depends on staffing; currently about 6-8 call shifts per 6-week period. 2 hour minimum call back.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required
