Operating Room - Surgical Technologist - $1550 per week.

Shift: 10:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Stability Healthcare Program - Wellstar Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Stability Healthcare Program - Wellstar Health System.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Skilled in ortho, vascular, and neuro.

Unit Details: Moderate to high acuity surgical cases, with an expectation on occasion to work above this level as cases require. Prepares the operative suite and surgical field, maintains vigilance for the sterile field and patient safety concerns, gathers required instruments and supplies, and may serve as surgical assistant as needed (not a certified surgical first assistant). Troubleshoots instruments and equipment and anticipates any additional supplies or equipment required for procedures. Assists with inventory, ordering, and stocking ORs and additional perioperative areas as assigned.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. Call or late coverage may be required.

3 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission
