Operating Room - Surgical Technologist - $1760 per week.

Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience:
Must be strong in ortho and have arthroscopy case experience, strong neuro experience, routine orthopedic sports medicine case experience including knee/shoulder scopes, ACLs, and RCRs, and experience in plastics, ENT, and some general surgery.

Required Credentials:
Holds and maintains an active surgical technologist certification from NBSTSA, has graduated from a CAAHEP-accredited program, or has completed a military surgical technology program.
Those working in the state under options 2 or 3 shall complete 15 hours of healthcare-related CEUs annually.

Special Requests:
Must be able to start before 11/14/26.

Unit Details:
Average cases per day: 30-35.
Approximately 65% of cases are orthopedic, ranging from hangnail procedures to several-joint cases.
Neuro cases are limited to disc surgery.
No robots are used, and there are no urology, vascular, GYN, or eye cases.
Pull equipment for cases.
One surgeon can have 2 rooms.

Shift & Scheduling:
Monday-Friday with a rotating late schedule; no weekends.
No call.

Floating Requirements:
May float to sterile processing on rare occasions.

14 days maximum time off

1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certification TS-C
