Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

Special Requests: Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Unit Details: 6 OR cases per day from 6:45a-3:15p. 3 OR cases per day from 3:15p-7:15p. Services include ophthalmology, ENT (some pediatric cases), orthopedics, podiatry, urology, robotic general surgery, gynecology, bariatrics, thoracic, neuro-spine, and OB coverage for C-sections. No brain cases, no heart cases, and no sick pediatric cases.

Shift & Scheduling: Schedule options include Monday-Friday, 6:45a-3:15p, 6:45a-7:15p, or 11:45a-7:15p. Shift options include 5x8-hour shifts or 2x8-hour shifts and 2x12-hour shifts. Call requirements: one weekday call shift 7p-7a per 2 weeks and one 48hr Saturday/Sunday call per 8 weeks. 30-minute response time for call is required. Call rooms are provided.

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certifications CORST, NCORST, NCST, NCST, NRCST, TS-C
