Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:
Experience with general, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, podiatry, ortho, neuro, vascular, thoracic, robotic (Da Vinci), and trauma cases is required.

Special Requests:
RTO must be approved by the manager in advance.
A paid garage parking option is available.

Unit Details:
The unit averages 45 cases per day between the OR and CVOR.
The case mix includes everything except transplants: general, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, podiatry, ortho, neuro, vascular, thoracic, robotics (Da Vinci), and trauma.
Equipment includes Alaris IV pumps, cell savers, Belmont rapid infusers, glucometers, and Da Vinci robotics.

Shift & Scheduling:
On-call: 1 call night per week (Monday-Friday) and 1 call weekend per 4-week period (Saturday-Sunday).
Weekend rotation: Weekends are required for needs posted as weekends.
Holiday expectations: About 50%, with the possibility of more based on need.
Schedules run in 4-week cycles and are provided 8 weeks at a time, about 2 weeks in advance.
