Operating Room - Surgical Technologist - $1860 per week.

Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Experience:

• 6 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 6 months current hospital CST experience. Experience with large spinal fusions including ALIF, OLIF, DLIF, ACDF and ACDR.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Spine scrub experience preferred. Joint scrub experience preferred.

Unit Details: The assignment is in a spine and total joint operating room. Typical procedures include spine fusions, ALIFs, and all spine cases. The unit performs total joint replacement.

Shift & Scheduling: Day shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday; Saturdays and Sundays are call only. Night call is from 5P – 11P Monday through Friday; no overnight is required. On-call is required with a 30-minute response time.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
