Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >200 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Heavy total joint and orthopedic experience required.

Required Credentials: BLS certification must include hands-on training.

Special Requests: All RTO or schedule requests must be included with the submission; HCF will not approve RTO or schedule requests after submission.

Unit Details: Cases include elective and emergent surgeries, primarily orthopedic, gynecologic, robotic, urologic, general, ENT, and orthopedic spine cases.

Shift & Scheduling: Call required.
