Experience:

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: One year of scrubbing experience is required. Experience with ENT cases, including FESS (sinus), septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy, and soft-tissue thyroid/parathyroid cases, is required. Da Vinci Xi experience in GYN, urology, or general surgery is required.

Required Credentials: Graduate of an accredited school.

Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Unit Details: Common cases include GYN, urology, vascular, plastic, orthopedic (total hips/knees), neuro, cardiovascular, thoracic, general (breast/HPB/bariatric), sports medicine (hand/podiatry), kidney and kidney/pancreatic transplants, and ENT cases including FESS, septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy, and thyroid/parathyroid soft-tissue cases. The unit handles large and complex cases. Da Vinci Xi is used for GYN, urology, and general surgery.

Shift & Scheduling: Variable days are scheduled Monday through Friday, with start times of 630am, 9am, or 11am. No self-scheduling is available. Start times remain consistent within the same week. Tuesdays and Fridays have later start times for in-services and team meetings. One call total is required per 4-week schedule, either weeknight or weekend. Weekday call runs from the end of the shift until 7am the next morning. Weekend call is 24 hours, from 7am to 7am, and rotates between staff and travelers. The manager schedules call. Call response time is 30 minutes; a call room is available. No holiday call is required.
