Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• AS completion required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Staffency Program - Bellin and no current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - Bellin.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Unit Details: Same-day surgery unit. Procedures include ortho (total joints and sports medicine), podiatry, ENT, general, GYN, and GI cases.

Shift & Scheduling: 8-hour day shifts with variable start times 5a-9a and variable end times 1p-5p. No weekend or holiday rotation. No call. Scheduled hours are not assured during orientation week; holidays may reduce scheduled hours when the unit is closed.

Floating Requirements: Must work both the Oconto and Marinette campuses; assigned location may be provided the day before. May float to Green Bay surgery to fulfill hours for an entire shift. Shifts are rarely split between Oconto/Marinette and Green Bay, though same-day movement between facilities may occasionally occur.

14 days maximum time off. Maximum consecutive days off: 7

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
