Operating Room - Surgical Technologist - $1970 per week.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of travel experience is required.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <90 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:
Open vascular experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Strong vascular (both open and endovascular cases) and plastics background (DIEP flaps, etc.) preferred.
Experience with general, GU/GYN, ortho trauma, ortho joints, neurosurgery, ENT, pediatrics, and dental cases preferred.

Unit Details:
Equipment includes Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and the Intuitive Robot.

Shift & Scheduling:
Shift options include 7a-7p and 7p-7a.
Weekend shifts are scheduled 1:4 weekends (unless otherwise noted).
Call is required as needed to cover holes in the call schedule.
Weekend call coverage is per rotation, averaging 1:5 weekends.
One overnight call, 11p-7a, is required for trauma call; if on a specialty team, call will be scheduled per specialty team rules (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho).

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver's license required for submission
