Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Experience:

• 3 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Credentials: - CST is required unless the traveler has worked as a tech in NY prior to 2015.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - More than 3 years of experience is preferred. - Teaching hospital experience is preferred.

Unit Details: - The operating room has 12 service lines. - The operating room averages 40-60 cases per day. - The operating room uses the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System.

Shift & Scheduling: - Call required: 6 shifts for each 8-week time block to include weekends and holidays. - Weekend shifts: 6 shifts for each 8-week time block to include weekends and holidays.

Maximum consecutive days off: 10

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
