Operating Room - Surgical Technologist - $2050 per week.

Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 3 years of experience with 3 years within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >45 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to do c-sections.

Preferred Skills/Experience: First-scrub ortho totals experience preferred.

Unit Details: Common cases include heavy ortho total joints, GYN/c-sections, urology, spine, ENT, GI, and general surgery. Adults primarily; pediatrics limited to tubes and tonsils, with rare appendectomies in 10-year-olds (few and far between). No robotics. Uses Epic.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. On-call 6-7 shifts per month, including 1 weekend; weekend call is Friday 3p through all day Sunday. Holiday call may be assigned if a holiday falls during the contract unless previously approved. 20-minute call response time.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:
