Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Scrubbing is a mandatory skill. Bariatric experience is required. Robotics experience is required, including da Vinci XI. Must be able to perform neurosurgery and orthopedic cases.

Special Requests: No more than 4 days of RTO will be approved. RTO approval must go through the manager.

Unit Details: Provides preparatory, scrubbing, and related services in the operating room. Assists with surgical cases across specialty areas. Ancillary tasks may include cleaning, checking outdates, picking and putting away supplies, and assembling instrumentation in sterile processing. Scrub technologists assist with sterile processing and patient positioning. Case mix includes general, robotic (da Vinci Xi and DV5), ENT, plastic, urology, bariatric, GYN, minor vascular, ophthalmology, cardiac, endovascular, and fistula cases. ENT cases include sinus procedures, ear tubes, tonsil procedures, and thyroid procedures. Tech-to-patient ratio is 1:1. Equipment includes Alaris IV pumps and Pyxis medication dispensing. An anesthesiologist monitors telemetry.

Shift & Scheduling: No call. No weekend rotation. No holiday requirement.

4 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months
