Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Lab Completion: - All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing. - You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Credentials: - CST required unless traveler has worked as a tech in NY prior to 2015.

Special Requests: - Must be > 50 miles from facility.

Shift & Scheduling: - Either 11a-9:30p or 1p-11:30p with flexibility to work the other when needed. - Call required. - Weekend shifts per contract: 6 shifts for each 8wk time block to include weekends and holidays.

Maximum consecutive days off: 10
