Shift: 6:15 AM - 4:15 PM
Experience:
• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Community Hospital Experience: Required
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Neuro experience preferred. Da Vinci Xi experience preferred. Mako Robot experience preferred. Knowledge of decontamination and sterilization process and indicators preferred. Knowledge of instrument moistening at point of care after use or when opened preferred. Assembly/Wrap preferred. Neonate, infant, and pediatric experience preferred.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Unit Details: Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Uses Epic charting. Da Vinci Xi robot cases (general, gyn-onc, gyn, urology) and Mako robot cases. Neuro surgery including crani and spine; ENT; urology; eye; reconstructive/plastic; vascular; cardiothoracic; thoracic; orthopedic joints, spine, sports medicine, ankle, hand, and foot; laparoscopic general and GYN cases. -Parking Cost: Free Parking
Shift & Scheduling: Call required: work one Saturday day shift 8-hour and rotate week.
Floating Requirements: May be required to float to Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro.
5 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA))
