Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 60 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.
• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

Required Skills/Experience:
• Neuro Spine Experience
• Experience to scrub in the following cases: Trauma, ortho trauma, ortho total joints, spine, hearts, MI vascular, GYN, GYN-Oncology, Robotics (we have three), General, HPB, Bariatrics, Urology, ENT, Eyes, Pain, Plastics
• Sterile Technique
Required Credentials: Technical Degree & CAAHEP Accreditation
Unit/Facility Details: Free Parking
Shift & Scheduling:
• Weekend Rotation: Every 4th weekend ▪ Weekend coverage could be in the form of call or a scheduled shift – depending on the need.
• On Call, Call Back Requirements: Average of 6 call shifts per 6-week schedule ▪ 45-minute response time ▪ 11p-7a or 7a-7p/7p-7a on weekends
• Holiday Requirements: Travelers will work 75% of holidays
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA))
