Shift: 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM
Experience:
• 48 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 3 months of travel experience is required.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.
• AS completion required.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - Aspirus.

Additional Details:
Required Skills / Experience: DaVinci Robotics Experience
General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, strong GI (skilled in as many of these as possible)
Must be strong in other case types and must have extensive experience working in a large volume hospital preferably in a trauma 2 facility.
Required Credentials: Knowledge of surgical standards and practices normally acquired through graduation from a surgical technologist program and four or more years of related experience in the operating room.
Education: Associate Degree or Certificate
Unit / Facility Details: Traveler must have their own vehicle and can not rely on Uber/Lyft due to on call responsibilities.
Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Shift & Scheduling: Variable day shifts on General Team
Call Requirement: 6-8 nights of weeknight call and 1 -2 weekend; 30 minute response time
Weekend for call only.
Holiday rotation
Floating Requirements: May be required to float to Aspirus Merrill, Antigo, Medford or Stanley if needed
9 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certification TS-C (National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT))
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
