Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have 2+ years of recent experience, Neuro, Ortho (need to be able to do both totals and ortho trauma), genuro skillsets, davinci, total join support, urology. Looking for Neuro specific with Neuro call included. will float to genuro as needed, Peripheral vascular. For ortho need to be able to do both totals and ortho trauma.
Unit/Facility Details: Must be willing to train New staff as needed.
Shift & Scheduling: - D/E; 40 hours (0700, 0900, 1100, 1500 start times). - Weekend Rotation: as needed - On-call Requirements: may be required depending on skills - Holidays Requirements: as needed-usually not scheduled.
Floating Requirements: As needed within the OR.

Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certification TS-C (National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT))
