Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 3 years.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks.
Required Skills/Experience:
• PICC lines experience.
• Specialty: Renal, post-op posterior spinal, medical-surgical, telemetry, chronic-complex care

Shift & Scheduling: weekend and Holidays // No on call.
Floating Requirements: Other General Care/Med-Surg areas: general med-surg, Neuroscience, HemOnc, inpatient rehab, overflow, medical-psychiatric (med-surg unit).
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/27/2025, 12/24/2025, 12/25/2025, 12/31/2025, 10/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
