Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Preferred 24 months of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 4 years.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license (required after submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Types of Patients on Unit: Respiratory, diabetic, surgical- (trachs, g-tubes, shunts, hernia repairs, seizures) SI, and mental health, no cardiac.
Unit/Facility Details: - # of Beds: 41
Shift & Scheduling: 5 weekend shifts per 6 weeks. Holiday Requirement: potentially- expect to work at least 1 during a contract.
Floating Requirements: Floating to NICU, occasionally sitting for Pediatric patients
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• CPHON (Certified Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse)
