Pediatric Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2090 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Significant pediatric experience working with pediatric intermediate and intensive care patients is required. Basic respiratory care, including mechanical ventilator management skills, is required. Large-facility and trauma experience is required. Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Unit Details: Works with pediatric intermediate and intensive care patients at Children’s Hospital.

Shift & Scheduling: Shifts may be scheduled on weekdays and weekends. Every third weekend. No call.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 3 years

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
