Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - MUSC Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - MUSC Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Pediatric, neonate, and infant experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is preferred.

Special Requests: RTO is due at time of submission. All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on manager and unit needs. Travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (peak: August–September). Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. If unavailable for emergency response duties, please do not confirm new assignments or extensions during this period. If your start date is within 90 days, you must complete all labs within 72 hours of signing an offer with MUSC.

Unit Details: Level 4 NICU and pediatric cardiac setting. Neonate, infant, pediatric, and adolescent patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: Holiday rotation required. Every other weekend. No call.

Floating Requirements: Floating within scope may depend on experience.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
