Pediatric Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2200 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Nationwide Childrens and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Nationwide Childrens.

Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: - Experience with Hamilton G5, Trilogy, V60, and Sipap is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Unit Details: - Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, and adult patient population. - Pulmonary/complex care unit consisting of a wide variety of respiratory disease processes. - Cares for all ages, trach patients, and patients requiring non-invasive devices. - Uses Optiflow hi-flo system, Metaneb, cough assist, aerogen, chest physiotherapy including using the vest, continuous albuterol administration, Volara, Heliox, asthma education, tracheostomy tubes, LTV ventilator, and EV300 ventilator.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: - Will need to float to other areas, including the ICUs, if needed. - Must have NICU/PICU experience due to floating requirement.
14 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
