Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Pediatric Respiratory Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
IU Health will not allow IN RNs to work at their facilities. Exceptions include: Periop/OR RNs, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS.
Required Skills/Experience: L&D experience required. PICU experience, 2 years minimum, is required. NICU or PICU experience is required. Children’s hospital experience within the last 3 years is required; travelers with Level I adult-facility experience may be considered.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with Servo U is preferred.
Required Credentials: NRP is required for clinicians placed in L&D, as determined by the client. Education must be accredited by CoARC and regionally accredited by CHEA. Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
Unit Details: The assignment is primarily in L&D. The patient population includes neonates, infants, and pediatric patients.
Floating Requirements: The home unit may be NICU, PICU, or Peds, including Peds Acute Care, and may change based on facility needs; floating may occur among these specialties and to IU Health North Hospital.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
2 Manager references required from within the last 3 years
