Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Pediatric Respiratory Unit experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Critical Care and Emergency/Trauma experience strongly preferred. Level III or Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience is strongly preferred.

Required Credentials: Successful completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapist Program.

Unit Details: Respiratory care includes routine and complex procedures using a wide variety of techniques and equipment. The patient population includes neonates through adolescents.

Shift & Scheduling: Shift options are dayshift 0600-1830 or nightshift 1830-0630.

Floating Requirements: Floating includes the Main campus at 1919 East Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016. Floating includes the Avondale campus at 1665 North Avondale Boulevard, Avondale, AZ 85392. Floating includes the Arrowhead campus at 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308. Floating includes the East Valley campus at 3370 S Mercy Road, Gilbert, AZ 85297. Must be willing and able to float to different units throughout the hospital as needed to support patient care and departmental operations.

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 3 years
