Pediatric Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $3450 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• Anyone who worked as a traveler at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

If a BSN degree is the highest level of education verify the graduation date and upload a copy of your diploma to your credentails

Preferred Skills/Experience: Two (2) years of respiratory care experience in a critical care setting preferred. Previous work in Children’s only hospital preferred.

Required Credentials: Graduation from an approved Respiratory Care Program.

Unit Details: Provides respiratory therapy services to all appropriate age levels and in all areas served by the department. Administers therapeutic treatments as prescribed by attending medical staff. Acts as a resource person to medical staff. Performs invasive and noninvasive diagnostic testing and monitoring of patients. Provides age-appropriate care to patients. Ensures respiratory equipment is cleaned and maintained. Participates as part of the quick response team for cardiac and respiratory arrests.
