Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required.

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: cumulative experience applies for previous travelers.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
Required skills/experience: Will work Level IV NICU. Must have 2 or more years experience working in PICU and or level III or greater NICU.
Shift/Scheduling Requirements: Weekends and holidays as scheduled
Shift & schedule requirements: Weekends and holidays as scheduled. Will permit preference scheduling with a commitment of 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule (weekends are Fri, Sat, and Sun shifts). Weekend Requirements - Yes 6 shifts per 4 week schedule. Holiday Requirements - Possibly.
Floating requirements: NICU or PICU
7 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
