Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System.

You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility.
Required skills/experience:1 year of PICU experience within the last 5 years. Critical care ventilator management; use of NIV(CPAP/BIPAP/HHFNC); respiratory disease management of the pediatric population which would include the delivery of medications and all respiratory therapeutic interventions. ABG (GEM)
Preferred skills/experience: Prefer one year or more in Peds Cardiac ICU, caring for patients from 1 week-18 years who have undergone a range of open-heart procedures (example – PDA repair through TOF repair)
Shift & schedule requirements: Every other weekend rotation.
Floating requirements: ER, MedSurg, Oncology, & PICU
7 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Certifications:
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
