The Psychiatric Technician (Psych Tech) supports patients in Carroll Hospital’s Behavioral Health Unit by providing direct care, observing behaviors, and assisting the clinical team in maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment. You’ll play a key role in helping patients achieve stability and recovery through compassion, patience, and teamwork.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required
  • CPR – American Heart Association certification required
  • Up to 2 years of behavioral health experience preferred
