Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 15 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health.

Additional Details:
Previous Employment Requirements: Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply
Required Skills/Experience: At least 15 months of X-Ray experience in clinic or hospital setting GE OEC c-arm equipment experience 1st time travelers welcome; must have at least 24 months of X-Ray experience
Preferred Skills/Experience: Equipment experience: Phillips Equipment experience: Carestream portables Current/recent Operating Room competency/experience Equipment experience: Siemens Cysto Fluoro experience
Special Requests: Holiday update: unless the Unit is close, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Call schedule On Call Requirements: Weekend rotation
7 days maximum time off
2 references required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
