Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Local & travel allowed.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.
• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

Shift & Scheduling:
• Friday / Saturday / Sunday
• Weekend Rotation: Weekend position, will work all weekends
• On Call, Call Back Requirements: Call varies and is staffed with a fair rotation between full time, part time, PRN and Traveler teammates. Frequency depends on the size of the team based on fair rotation to share the responsibility equally.
• Holiday Requirements: Travelers will be expected to help holiday coverage unless approved off in advance.
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
