Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one-time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Preferred Skills/Experience: O-arm (preferred, not required) Teaching Hospital Experience

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Local travelers with permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for a travel contract. Open to accommodating block schedule.

Unit Details: Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Preferred patient populations include neonates, infants, and pediatrics. General and portable X-rays on inpatients, outpatients, and emergency patients; fluoroscopy procedures; OR work utilizing C-arms.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends required. No call.

Floating Requirements: Will need to float between like units.

5 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
