Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 3 months gap required between for Travel at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Required Credentials: - California CRT. Special Requests: - RTO must be listed at time of submission. - Traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend. - On-Call: $15/hr.

Required Credentials:
• You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
• Drivers License/State ID: Government issued photo ID.
• Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
• BLS: Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only.
5 days maximum time off
