Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 18 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 3 experience is required.
Requirements:
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Trauma facility experience at Level I, II, or III is required. - First-time travelers are accepted if they have trauma facility experience. - Must be comfortable working with trauma patients. - Must be comfortable with the majority of spinal, orthopedic, general surgery, neuro, and pediatric OR specialties. - C-arm experience is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - O-arm experience is preferred.
Special Requests: - RTO requires manager approval.
Unit Details: - Patients include adults and pediatrics, including neonates, from the ED, ICUs, nursing units, and outpatient settings across the full spectrum of radiology exams and diagnoses. - General X-ray work includes imaging of the head, neck, spine, extremities, abdomen, hands, feet, and chest, with portable studies performed at the bedside. - OR cases include spinal, orthopedic, general surgery, neuro, and pediatric procedures. - High-acuity patients and situations are common. - Depending on experience, the technologist may be asked to precept X-ray students. - The technologist will work with medical residents and fellows. - The OR has 12 C-arms and 2 O-arms available, and the department has 15 portable units. - Equipment includes a Shimadzu RadSpeed general radiography room, Konica and Shimadzu portable units, a Philips C-arm, and a GE O-arm.
Shift & Scheduling: - Friday-Sunday schedule; no rotations between weekends and weekdays, and travelers stay on the days and shifts specified in the contract. - No call. - If a holiday falls on a normally scheduled day, it will be worked.
Floating Requirements: - May rotate shift-by-shift among the ED, OR, and Main radiology areas. - Floating is limited to different X-ray areas and portable studies within this facility.
