Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: - At least 1 travel contract completed preferred.

Special Requests: - Must not have been employed by UnityPoint in the last 12 months.

Unit Details: - Average 15 patients a day. - Uses DR, OEC C-Arm, 3D C-Arm, and GE Elite C-Arm.

Shift & Scheduling: - 1200-0000 Wednesday, 1830-0700 Thursday/Friday. - Weekends as needed to cover time off for weekender staff. - No call. - Summer holidays: required to work 1-2 of 3 (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).

Floating Requirements: - May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission
