Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Unit Details: Responsibilities include outpatient and ED patients and OR work, with little to no fluoroscopy.

Shift & Scheduling: Variable shifts are scheduled Mon-Sun and may be 7a - 3:30p, 7:30a - 4p, 8a - 4:30p, 8:30a - 5p, 9a - 5:30p, or 3p - 11:30p.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
