Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• ADN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >40 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Deaconess Health.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Certificate accepted in lieu of an associate degree.

Unit Details: Routine diagnostic imaging, fluoroscopy, surgery, and portable exams.

Shift & Scheduling: Variable 8-hour day/evening shifts: 7a-3p, 8a-4p, 9a-5p, 11a-7p, 12p-8p, 1p-9. Weekends and holidays as scheduled. No call. Hours may vary during holidays when the unit is closed.

Floating Requirements: Will float between Deaconess Midtown and Deaconess Gateway (Newburgh, IN) as needed — 7.9 miles apart.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
